What we collect

When you fill out our consultation request form, we collect what you give us directly: business name, your name, email, phone number, your point-of-sale or inventory system (if known), an approximate revenue range, and any notes you add. If you book a call through our scheduler, Calendly collects your name, email, and the time you select, under Calendly’s own privacy policy. If you become a client, we also receive the sales and cost data you send us each month to build your reports.

How we use it

We use this information to follow up with you, schedule and conduct consultation calls, and — for active clients — to build and deliver your monthly reports. We don’t use your business data for any purpose beyond producing your reports and improving how we serve you.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell or rent your business information, contact details, or the sales and cost data you send us. We never upload your business or client data to any advertising platform. The one thing worth being explicit about is website activity: if you accept cookies, Google and Meta receive data about your visit to this site, as described under Analytics and advertising cookies below.

Who else touches your data

We rely on a small number of service providers to run this site and our business:

  • Netlify hosts this website and processes form submissions.
  • Calendly handles scheduling for consultation calls.
  • Google Analytics measures website traffic — only if you accept cookies.
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram) receives website activity through an advertising pixel — only if you accept cookies.

Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy policies and only for the purpose of providing their service to us.

Analytics and advertising cookies

With your consent, this site loads two third-party tools. Neither runs until you choose “Accept” on the cookie banner — if you decline, or simply ignore the banner, no tracking scripts are loaded at all and no cookies are set by them.

  • Google Analytics measures overall site traffic — page views, referring sites, and approximate location at country or city level — so we can see which pages are actually useful. See Google’s privacy policy.
  • Meta Pixel is an advertising tool, not an analytics one. It tells Meta that a visit or an enquiry happened on this site, which lets us measure whether our ads are working and show ads to people who have visited us. See Meta’s privacy policy.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the button at the bottom of any page. If you decline after having accepted, the page reloads so the trackers are cleared.

Data retention

We keep consultation request details and client report data for as long as needed to provide our services, plus a reasonable period afterward for our own records. You can request deletion of your information at any time — see contact details below.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Just email us and we’ll take care of it, typically within a few business days.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
