Who we are

ClearIndex Analytics (“ClearIndex,” “we,” “us”) provides monthly inventory and profitability analytics for restaurant, retail, and other product-based businesses, based in Kennesaw, GA. These terms govern your use of our website and services.

What we do — and don’t do

ClearIndex analyzes the sales and cost data you provide to identify pricing, margin, and inventory issues, and delivers that analysis as a written monthly report. We are not a licensed financial advisor, accountant, CPA, or attorney. Nothing we provide constitutes financial, tax, legal, or investment advice, and our reports should not be treated as a substitute for consulting a qualified professional for those matters.

Accuracy of reports

Our analysis is only as accurate as the data you provide. We do our best to surface meaningful patterns and estimates, but dollar figures in our reports (including estimated monthly impact) are informed estimates based on your data, not guarantees of actual results. You retain full discretion and responsibility for any purchasing, pricing, or operational decisions you make based on our reports.

The consultation call

The initial consultation call is free and non-binding for both parties. Nothing discussed on that call obligates you to become a paying client.

Billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly. There is no long-term contract — you can pause or cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing cycle. Specific pricing for your business is confirmed before your first paid report.

Your data

You retain ownership of the sales and cost data you provide to us. We use it solely to produce your reports, as described in our Privacy Policy. Reports we prepare for you are yours to use for your business.

Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information and not to use this site or our services for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to decline service to any business at our discretion.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClearIndex Analytics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website, reports, or services, including decisions made based on our analysis. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
